Our Style - Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu yoga is a gentle, mindful approach to the ancient art of yoga. It utilizes a unique methodology known as press points to teach the postures easily and safely. Thus it can be practiced by all ages for lifelong wellness. It is named after an adept yogi called Swami Kripalananda, who inspired the creation of the Kripalu Yoga Center, in Lenox, Mass., which is the largest holistic health center in North America.
